Weather Underground - Best all inclusive weather website we have found!
NEXRAD Radar, 6 day graphic forecast, aviation- 7 day winds aloft, flight rules, temperature, freezing level, text and graphic historical weather detail (select city or airport, then scroll down and select date to view history - Excellent tool for studying historical conditions in a new area.) All features national and local.
The Weather Channel - 10 day and hourly forecasts - good initial long term planner tool

Requires free registration and login - stores your aircraft profile for easy use
Flight plan filing tool is great for checking winds on your route too! Just create your plan, select an altitude and departure time up to 22 hours out, and see how the winds will effect each leg. Try different altitudes and determine the most efficient for speed. Keep the weather in mind...speed is not the only consideration...
